Terms of Use
Effective: 7 November 2026 · Last updated: 7 November 2026
Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) before playing Slurp Out!. By downloading, installing or playing the game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
The short version: Slurp Out! is a game, provided “as is”. Your progress stays on your device, purchases and the Noodle Road Pass subscription are handled by Apple, and the game shows ads from Google AdMob between bowls.
1. Who we are
Slurp Out! (“the game”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is provided by Artsiom Shylkin, an independent developer (“the Provider”).
Contact: support@slurpout.com
2. What Slurp Out! is
Slurp Out! is a casual puzzle game for iPhone: every noodle in a bowl points somewhere, and a tapped noodle slurps out the way its arrow points if nothing is in its way. Bowl by bowl, you serve customers, earn stars and decorate a ramen stall.
Coins, boosters, stars, decorations and bowl finishes are virtual items for use in the game only. Every bowl can be cleared without paying.
3. Eligibility
You may use Slurp Out! if you meet the age rating shown for it on the App Store in your country. If you are under the age at which you can agree to these Terms where you live, use the game only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
4. License to use the game
The Provider grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Slurp Out! on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms, the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
You may not:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the game;
- reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract its source code, except where this restriction is prohibited by law;
- use the game in any unlawful way or in a way that could harm, disable or impair it.
5. Purchases and the subscription
Slurp Out! is free to download and play. Optional in-app purchases:
- Coins and bundles: coin packs (Handful, Bag and Chest of coins), the Starter Pack (coins and boosters, one per player) and the Tip Jar (the coins collected in your in-game Tip Jar, the exact amount shown before you buy). They are consumable: what they give is added to your progress at once and used up in play, so they cannot be restored.
- No Ads: a one-time purchase that removes the ads between bowls for good and adds bonus coins. It is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your other devices.
- Noodle Road Pass: an auto-renewable monthly subscription. While it is active: a gift of coins and a Ladle each day you play, the Golden bowl, and no ads between bowls.
About the Noodle Road Pass:
- The price and the period are shown in the game before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically each month unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel it at any time in the Settings app › Apple Account › Subscriptions; in the game, Settings › Purchases › Manage subscription opens the same page. After you cancel, the Pass stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Restore Purchases (in the game's Settings › Purchases and at the bottom of the Coin Shop) brings the Pass and No Ads back on another device signed in with the same Apple Account.
- If the price of the Pass changes, Apple tells you in advance and, where the law or Apple's rules require it, asks you to agree before the next renewal.
For all purchases:
- All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The Provider never receives your payment details.
- Items bought in the game have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred outside the game.
- Refunds are handled solely by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms. Please ask Apple for refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. A refunded No Ads purchase or Noodle Road Pass is removed from the game.
- Prices are shown as the App Store sets them in your country.
6. Ads
Slurp Out! shows ads from Google AdMob: now and then a full-screen ad between bowls (never during play, and not before bowl 12), and a video ad only when you choose “Watch ad” for a reward, such as more hearts, a free booster or extra coins. A reward is given for a video watched to the end.
The No Ads purchase and an active Noodle Road Pass remove the ads between bowls; videos for rewards stay optional. Ads are provided by Google AdMob and its ad partners as described in the Privacy Policy; the Provider does not choose the content of individual ads.
7. Your data
Your progress (bowls, coins, boosters, stars, decorations, bowl finishes, settings) is stored on your device. The Provider does not run user accounts or servers for it. Deleting the game deletes it.
Anonymous game statistics, crash reports and the data used to show ads are handled as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You can turn the statistics off at any time in the game's Settings, and choose whether ads may be personalised and whether the game may use your device's advertising identifier.
8. Intellectual property
The game, including its design, code, art, sound, text and the “Slurp Out!” name, is owned by the Provider and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
9. Third-party services
Slurp Out! relies on services provided by third parties: Apple (App Store, StoreKit) and Google (Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics), as named in the Privacy Policy. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The Provider is not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the game.
Loss of progress. Your progress is stored on your device. The Provider is not liable for its loss, whether caused by your device, an update, or deleting the game.
Cap on liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider's total liability arising out of or related to the game will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 5.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
12. Changes to the game and these Terms
We may update, change or discontinue the game or any of its features. We may also update these Terms. Material changes are reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to play after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using the game at any time by deleting it; to stop paying for the Noodle Road Pass, cancel it as described in Section 5, since deleting the game does not cancel the subscription. We may end your access if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 2, 8, 10, 11 and 14) continue to apply.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Poland.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you live, and you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
15. Apple App Store terms
These Terms are between you and the Provider, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or its content. To the extent required by Apple:
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game.
- If the game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the game, including product-liability, legal or regulatory, or consumer-protection claims.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting”, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
