Stuck on a bowl, missing a purchase, or have an idea for the game? Find a quick answer below or write to us. We read everything.

How do I play?

Tap a noodle: it slides out of the bowl the way its arrow points, if nothing is in its way. If something is, the noodle bumps and you lose a heart. You have 3 hearts a bowl; run out and you can try the bowl again for free. Slurp every noodle to clear the bowl. The ? button on Home and beside the boosters in a bowl opens How to play with every rule you have met so far. It is in Settings too.

What are the customers and the counter?

From bowl 12, most bowls have customers who each want 3 noodles of one kind. A slurped noodle goes to the customer who wants it; a noodle nobody has ordered waits on the counter, and a new customer takes theirs from it first. When a noodle finds no free spot on the counter, the bowl stops. NEXT shows who is coming.

How do I restore my purchases?

On Home, tap the gear to open Settings, then Purchases › Restore Purchases. The same button is at the bottom of the Coin Shop (tap your coins on Home). Use the Apple Account you bought with. Restore brings back the Noodle Road Pass and No Ads. Coins, boosters, the Starter Pack and the Tip Jar are added to your progress the moment you buy them and are used up in play, so there is nothing to restore for them.

How do I cancel the Noodle Road Pass?

The Pass is a monthly subscription billed by Apple, so you manage it with Apple: open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name (your Apple Account), then Subscriptions, choose the Noodle Road Pass and tap Cancel Subscription. In the game, Settings › Purchases › Manage subscription opens the same page. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge; the Pass stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the game does not cancel it.

Can I get a refund?

Apple processes every purchase and handles refunds: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We never see your payment details.

How do I remove the ads?

Ads between bowls start after bowl 12. The No Ads purchase in the Coin Shop removes them for good, and an active Noodle Road Pass removes them while it lasts; Settings › Purchases shows whether they are on. A video for a reward plays only when you tap Watch ad, so you can always skip it.

How do I turn off personalised ads?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, then Privacy & Security › Tracking, and turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track or the switch next to Slurp Out!. The game then never gets your device's advertising identifier and shows ads that are not personalised. In the EU, the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland you can also change your choices about ads in the game at any time: Settings › Privacy › Ad privacy choices. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

Where is my progress saved?

Only on your iPhone, in a file inside the app. There is no account and no cloud sync, so it does not move to another device by itself. It is included in your iPhone's iCloud or computer backup, and restoring that backup brings it back. Deleting the app deletes your progress.

Do I need an account or an internet connection?

No account and no sign-in. The game plays offline; you need a connection only to buy something, to restore purchases or to watch a video for a reward.

Does the game collect my data?

Only anonymous game statistics and crash reports, through Google Firebase, to make the game better: no name, no account, nothing that identifies you. You can turn them off in Settings › Privacy › Anonymous game statistics. Ads come from Google AdMob and use your device's advertising identifier only if you allow tracking. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
